Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
California and several other states give you the right to stop your personal information being “sold” or “shared” for advertising. Those words have a broad legal meaning: they cover sharing identifiers with advertising platforms even when no money changes hands.
You’re not signed in, so this is recorded on this browser. Sign in first if you want it to follow your account everywhere.
What this covers
One thing only: if you have opted in, a scrambled (“hashed”) version of your email address may be sent to Meta or TikTok so we can advertise releases to you. Under California law that counts as sharing, so you can refuse it. It is off unless you switch it on.
What we never do
- We never give record labels your details. When a label pays to reach fans, we send the message. They receive counts, never people.
- We never sell lists. Your email address is not for sale, to anyone, at any price.
- We do not collect sensitive information. No payment details, no precise location, no special categories.
Browser signals
We honour Global Privacy Control automatically. If your browser or an extension sends that signal, you are already opted out on every visit and do not need to do anything here.
